I enjoy guiding client's through the process and keeping them informed of the proceedings, especially in criminal cases where my clients are sometimes facing substantial prison time. I work with clients in all arenas with learning disabilities, substance abuse issues, mental health issues and high stress and high conflict lives.
I have been a litigator and advocate my entire law career and believe that everyone is entittled to due process whether it be in the court room or in their education.Ī large portion of my practice has always been juvenile defense - which encompasses many collateral issues relating to school discipline and educational advocacy.
